Job Summary

We’re looking for a versatile Tech Lead with strong technical and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will work across multiple technologies—WordPress, Laravel, ReactJS, PHP, NodeJS, VueJS, React Native, and Flutter—while mentoring development teams and ensuring high-quality delivery.

This role involves hands-on coding, system architecture, project coordination, risk management, stakeholder communication, and driving best development practices across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Management- Analyze project requirements and develop detailed work schedules. Determine project scope and allocate tasks effectively. Delegate tasks to team members and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Identify risks early and develop contingency plans.Update work schedules and troubleshoot project challenges as required.

Team Coordination & Leadership- Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are delivered to standard. Lead, mentor, and motivate developers to maintain productivity and quality standards. Create an open environment where team members can ask questions and raise concerns.. Maintain transparency around challenges, failures, and successes.

Web & Mobile Development- Perform hands-on development using:PHP, NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS, WordPress, Laravel, RestAPI integrations, React Native & Flutter (Mobile Applications)Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Ensure adherence to clean coding standards and best practices.

Testing, Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications. Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and optimal functionality. Provide technical diagnosis and troubleshooting support.

Feature Development & Enhancements- Collaborate with product and design teams to implement new features. Review code and ensure development quality benchmarks are met.

Process Improvement- Analyze existing operations and recommend improvements. Schedule training sessions and technical discussions to improve team capabilities.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication- Prepare progress reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders. Maintain full transparency regarding project metrics, risks, and outcomes.

Continuous Learning- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry trends.

Key Requirements Experience- 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development. Proven experience in a similar Tech Lead or Senior Developer role.

Technical Expertise- Strong hands-on experience in: PHP, NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS, WordPress, Laravel, RestAPI,React Native & Flutter (Mobile Applications). Experience in system architecture and scalable solution design.

Leadership & Management- Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Experience in team management, task delegation, and project ownership. Relevant leadership/management certification is a plus.

Problem-Solving- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to identify risks and proactively implement solutions.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and motivational skills. Ability to build professional relationships with team members and clients.

Education- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
