Role Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with 2–3 years of experience to support and enhance our CRM platform in the Asset Management (Mutual Fund) domain. The role involves building scalable Salesforce solutions to manage Investor lifecycle, Distributor Relationships, Service Operations, and Regulatory Compliance, leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Third-Party integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to support Investor Onboarding, KYC Processes, Folio Management, and Transaction Mapping, Master Data Management
  • Implement and enhance Sales Cloud for managing Distributors, IFAs, and Retail & Institutional Clients
  • Implement, enhance & configure Service Cloud for Investor Servicing, Complaint  Management, and Case Management & Resolution Workflows
  • Design and implement integrations with:
    • Internal systems and
    • Third-party financial & data platforms
  • Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs
  • Build automation for processes.
  • Ensure compliance with  regulations and audit requirements through system controls and validations
  • Create reports and custom dashboards for  business tracking, Sales Performance,  customer Servicing metrics
  • Collaborate with business teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Compliance) to convert requirements into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain documentation for all developments and integrations

Required Skillsets & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Sales & Service Cloud preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud (Case Management, SLAs)
    • Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with external financial systems:
    • REST/SOAP APIs
    • Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
  • Good to have (not necessary) Understanding of AMC business processes:
    • Mutual fund lifecycle (Lumpsum, SIP, Redemption, Switches, STP, AUM, NAV etc)
    • Investor onboarding and servicing
    • Distributor onboarding and servicing
  • Strong knowledge of data migration & bulk data handling (Data Loader, ETL tools)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Security Framework and data access controls
  • Experience with GIT / Version Control tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certification (Platform Developer I preferred)
  • Experience working in Asset Management / Mutual Fund / BFSI domain / Wealth Management
  • Exposure to:
    • Omni-Channel (for call center / investor servicing)
    • Experience Cloud (Investor / Distributor Portals)
    • Document management and e-sign integrations
  • Familiarity with compliance and audit processes in financial services
  • Experience in Agile delivery models

Soft Skills

  • Strong understanding of business processes in financial services
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to data accuracy and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Cross-functional collaboration

 

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of SEBI guidelines and mutual fund regulations
  • Exposure to Einstein Analytics / CRM Analytics for financial reporting
  • Experience handling large data volumes and high transaction systems
