Job Description:
We are looking to hire a skilled Senior WordPress Developer to design and implement attractive and functional websites for our clients. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates.
To be a successful Senior WordPress developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of front-end programming languages, a good eye for aesthetics, and strong content management skills. Ultimately, a top-class WordPress developer can create attractive, user-friendly websites that perfectly meet the design and functionality specifications of the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of WordPress developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring professional growth and development.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team leads to allocate resources effectively.
- Lead the design and development of complex WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
- Developer custom WordPress Theme, Plugin, Gutenberg Blocks, Rest API
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and industry trends.
- Implement and enforce quality control processes to guarantee the stability, security, and performance of web solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and code reviews to maintain high standards of development.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, provide technical insights, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate project updates, timelines, and expectations.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of technical strategies and solutions that align with business objectives.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js).
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
- Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery, PHP.
- Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git.
- Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
- Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects based on project timelines.
- Good communication skills
