Responsibilities:

• Debug platform failures and collaborate with business teams during incident response.

• Participate in maintenance events and on-call rotations.

• Drive the organization towards continuous delivery and infrastructure improvement.

• Build tools to improve the efficiency and velocity of engineering teams.

• Assist in configuring integrated tools, cloud infrastructure, and user management.

• Ensure systems remain patched, updated, and resilient.

• Develop disaster recovery strategies to maintain operational continuity.

• Support engineering teams in improving platform stability.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience & Technical Skills:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, Chef, Ansible) and containerization platforms (Docker, OpenShift).

• Familiarity with continuous integration servers (Jenkins, TeamCity).

• Experience with automation of deployments, monitoring, and scripting (Perl, Python, Groovy, Java, Bash).

• Knowledge of VM and Cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).

• Administrative skills on WebLogic Server and managing applications in clustered environments.

• Strong understanding of multiple technologies and frameworks for operational support.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to implement customer-requested integrations efficiently.
