Job Summary
We’re looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer with strong technical and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will work across multiple technologies—WordPress, Laravel, ReactJS, PHP, and NodeJS—while mentoring development teams and ensuring high-quality delivery. This role involves hands-on coding, system architecture, project coordination, and driving best development practices across web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Management- Analyze project requirements, create work plans, and allocate tasks effectively. Ensure timely delivery to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Team Coordination & Leadership- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, management, and clients for smooth project execution. Lead, mentor, and guide developers to maintain quality and productivity standards.
Web Development- Perform hands-on development using: PHP, NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS, WordPress, Laravel, RestAPI. Architect scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
Testing, Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications. Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and optimal functionality.
Feature Development & Enhancements- Work closely with product and design teams to implement new features. Review code to maintain clean coding standards and best practices.
Process Improvement- Analyze existing processes and propose improvements for team efficiency. Support training and skill development initiatives for team members.
Reporting & Transparency- Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders. Maintain transparency around challenges, risks, and success metrics.
Continuous Learning- Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Key Requirements
Experience: 8+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of WordPress, Laravel, ReactJS, PHP, NodeJS, VueJS, RestAPI.
Leadership: Proven experience managing tech teams, code reviews, and project ownership.
Architecture: Ability to design and architect efficient system solutions.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Certifications: Leadership/management certifications are a plus.
